| EXHIBITORS: |
You must provide your own table and chairs. All backdrops must be decorated with an attractive decorative appearance. All tables shall be covered neatly to the floor. Must provide an accurate list of merchandise to be in the show, Plus 3 photos, 1 of your set-up and 2 of your current merchandise, (unless you have done a Keepsake Show in the past year.) |
| All items must be juried in. Any unsuitable items will be removed immediately upon request of the management. No unfinished wood unless permission has been received. After unloading all vehicles must be moved to specified parking lot. Exhibit spaces are filled in the order applications are received, with full payment. This also means when a category is full, we close it. | |

Your cancelled check is acceptance into the show. Confirmation letters will be mailed promptly. Please
include a self addressed stamped envelope with your application. Leslie Needham, Bonnie Murin, any helpers and Mt Pleasant West Intermediate School will assume no responsibility for injury or loss or legal action that may arise or come to the exhibitor, helpers, or property or the public from any cause. If the said premises are destroyed by fire or if any cause whatever makes it impossible to have the above show, the lease agreement will terminate and the exhibitor waives any claim for damages, including the return of the rental fee. The undersigned agrees to indemnity and hold harmless all above for any and all set claims. It is the responsibility of the applicant to retain liability insurance valid from setup through take down of the show. |
