| EXHIBITORS: |
All backdrops must be decorated with an attractive decorative appearance.
All tables shall be covered neatly to the floor on all sides.
Must provide an accurate list of merchandise to be in the show, plus 3 photos,
1 of your set-up and 2 of your current merchandise, (unless you have done
a Keepsake Show in the past year.) All items must be juried in and subject to review day of sale. No unfinished wood unless permission has been received. Any unsuitable items will be removed
immediately upon the request of the management. After unloading, all vehicles must be moved to specified parking lot. Exhibit spaces are filled in the order applications are received with full payment This also means when a category is full, we close it. |

Your cancelled check is acceptance into the show. Confirmation letters will be mailed promptly. Please
include a self addressed stamped envelope with your application. Leslie Needham, Bonnie Murin, and Saginaw Valley State University will assume no responsibility for any injury or loss for any reason to the undersigned, their helpers, or their property. The undersigned agrees to indemnity and hold harmless all above for any and all set claims. The exhibitor will be responsible for providing adequate insurance for the Craft Sale to cover any articles or belongings brought to the event and any liability associated with said exhibit. If the said premises are destroyed by fire, or if any cause whatever makes it impossible to have the above show, the lease agreement will terminate and the exhibitor waives any claim for damages, including the return of the rental fee. It is the responsibility of the applicant to retain liabilty insurance valid from setup through take down of the show. |
