You must provide your own tables and chairs All backdrops must be decorated with an attractive country appearance. All tables shall be covered neatly to the floor. Must provide an accurate list of merchandise to be in the show, Plus 3 photos, 1 of your set-up and 2 of your current merchandise, (unless you have done a Keepsake Show in the past year.) |
| All items must be juried in. Any unsuitable items will be removed immediately upon request of the management. No unfinished wood unless permission has been received. When a category is full, we close it. | |
| CONFIRMATION: |
Your cancelled check is acceptance into the show. Confirmation letters will be mailed promptly. Please
include a self addressed stamped envelope with your application. Leslie Needham, Bonnie Murin, any helpers and Wexford County Civic Ctr will assume no responsibility for injury or loss or legal action that may arise or come to the exhibitor, helpers, or property or the public from any cause. If the said premises are destroyed by fire, weather, or if any cause whatever makes it impossible to have the above show, the lease agreement will terminate and the exhibitor waives any claim for damages, including the return of the rental fee. The undersigned agrees to indemnity and hold harmless all above for any and all set claims. It is the responsibility of the applicant to retain liability insurance valid from setup through take down of the show. |
